MEDIATION IN 2022 & 2023

In 2022, we settled 92% of all Texas mediations brought to us, produced America's most registered for (free, 20 hour) ADR/Mediation CLE Webinar, and distributed this mediation / family law / legal technology newsletter to 16K+ legal professionals.

In 2023, Tom will continue to mediate full time with 4-hour mediations at 9 am, 1 pm and 6 pm ($400/party) and 30-minute Drive-By mediations at 8 am and 5 pm ($150/party). He will again offer the 20 hour Free ADR/Mediation CLE Webinar this summer.

All 2022 free CLE Webinars we offer are now expired. You have until January 6, 2023 to download any certificates of completion.

In 2023, we will again offer our 20 hours Free ADR/Mediation CLE Webinar in July plus our 20 hours Free Legal Technology CLE Webinar. Except now, they will be approved for multiple states and countries! Stay tuned.

Two great self-help courses are the CoParentingIntoTheFuture.com (CPIF) and Celebrate Recovery (CR) . CPIF offers a 6-hour co-parent course that includes 2-hours of how clients should prepare for mediation and courtroom appearances. It is available online, on demand, in English/Spanish, and is only $50 with Discount Code "Texas". In fact, CPIF is a great course to require your clients take within 30-days of intake if their case involves children.

Cancellations more than 14 days prior are refunded
Cancellations 14-3 days prior are rescheduled, not refunded
