Westfield Writers Group
January 25 at 1:00 PM
January Prompt: "The woods are lovely, dark and deep, but I have promises to keep and miles to go before I sleep." Using any part of this quote from Robert Frost as a starting point, tell a short story.
Wanted: Writers or want-to-be writers who have a story or memoir they would like to write, an interest in different styles of writing, a wish to interact with other writers and a desire to write in a non-judgmental environment.
This is a 'just-for-fun' group. We're not professional writers. The intent is not to teach you to write but to encourage you to write something each month. Prompts are constructed with the hope that you will be inspired to write on a broad range of topics.
Email librarian@wwpl.lib.in.us to be put on the email list for meeting reminders and for the writing prompts we will be using each month.
