Are you a pharmacy who is a recognized DPP or interested in starting a DPP? Or maybe just a pharmacy who is interested in supporting a DPP? Join our first NC DPP Pharmacy Learning Collaborative. Goals of the collaborative will be to connect pharmacies to discuss how to support patients with prediabetes, barriers and successes of offering the DPP, and more! Resources and training opportunities will also be shared during future collaboratives meetings.

New opportunities to expand reach and impact in delivering the National DPP Lifestyle Change Program to priority populations in North Carolina while partnering with the ADA and receiving tools and support to help your program, including access to ADA’s DPP Express Platform at no cost! DPP Express allows programs to collect and report their data through a streamlined, user-friendly experience and offers advanced recruitment and medical claims features. In addition, partnership with the ADA will provide you with the opportunity to connect with payers for coverage of the DPP. This work is funded by CDC’s 2320 Cooperative Agreement, which aims to increase access and coverage of the National DPP among underserved groups.
