With the chilly months ahead, it's important to disconnect hoses from the hose bibs around your home. This will avoid pipes from freezing and possible line breaks.

We have a NEW residents portal!

All residents will need to be signed up on the resident portal in order to reserve the community centers going into the new year

We will no longer be taking reservations over the phone.

Reservation for 2024 will not start until January 2nd.

Bulk Trash

All bulk trash must be disposed of at the Self Help Office dumpsters at:

3924A West Scott St.

Drop off hours are M-F 8 a.m.-4 p.m.

Sat 8 a.m.-12 p.m.

Bulk trash is not permitted to be placed curbside, at the compactor areas or inside the large recycling totes at the compacters.

Hazardous waste is not permitted at the compacter areas at any time- Please reference page 6 of the resident handbook about hazardous waste.

Free items are not permitted to be left curbside at any time

Thermostat fan setting-


Please make sure your thermostat fan is set to Auto. Leaving the fan on auto helps to control humidity, is more energy efficient, and helps with longevity of the system.

Must bring your own yoga mat. Fitness centers are open daily 5a-8p
All notices must be done in person at the Leasing Office
As we approach the busy PCS summer months we wanted to remind all residents of our notice to vacate policy. 
  • We require a minimum of 30 days written notice to vacate in our office by the military member or someone with a power of attorney.  
  • If you are on a month-to-month lease we do not require orders for you to be able to submit your notice. We recommend submitting notice when you receive your assignment notification to ensure you are not paying for additional days you are not in the home.
  • If you are with-in your one year lease term orders are required for you to be able to submit your notice to vacate. 

We understand that transportation may not have your move date scheduled by the time you need to submit your notice to vacate with us. This is ok, you may submit notice for the date you anticipate moving and change it with no penalty as long as you are not within 1 week (7days) from your final out.

We ask that our residents place their bins out the night before, or morning of scheduled pick-up. The bins should be stored in the garage or back patio of the home, please do not store the bins on front patios or driveways.
