NEW Staff - Meet Jodi!
Jodi O'Toole recently joined the Element 74 team on January 2 to work with the Coalition Manager Support Staff.

She’s worked with non-profits for most of her career, supporting database, website and IT operations.

She and her husband Bart have two high school teens, with one starting college soon. She also shares her house with her two dogs and is an avid runner. In the few minutes she has available to watch TV, its likely she’ll be diving into a documentary, watching sci-fi, or a hockey game.
ACH PAYMENTS for STRIPE
NEW FEATURE COMING SOON

CM Sites that use Stripe to process payments will soon allow pay by ACH bank transfer in addition to credit card.

ACH will be an added dropdown when the payee selects "Pay Online." Bank Transfer has minimal processing fees so are much more cost effective way to pay Donations, Membership Dues, and Training Fees.

MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL SEASON
REMEMBER: Membership renewal emails are sent at 7 AM CST 30 days, 10 days, 7 days, 3 days, and 1 day before membership expires.

Emails are sent to the email addresses listed as the Primary/Main Contact and under Payment Reminder Email. This same email will also be sent after membership has expired, to encourage them to verify.

Annual Donation emails go out February 15. THESE ARE SENT BY REQUEST ONLY. The Annual Donation email goes to all donors in your CM who donated last year with their 2023 total donation amount.

If you have not yet requested this and want to send an Annual Donation email, CONTACT CM SUPPORT before Feb 1.
