Holiday Parking Rules:

As we have an increase in visitors, we understand parking needs increase. Below are revised regulations for the Holidays from 12pm December 22 until 6am December 26 and 12pm on December 29 until 6am on January 1 ONLY.

Please review the following:

  • Visitors can park along the side of the road, but please limit it to only one side of the road. Thank you to a homeowner who suggested designating either even or odd numbered side and the designated side is...ODD.

Please only park on the ODD numbered side of the road.

  • Amenity Parking will be available WITH A PERMIT. Please come by the office during our hours to get a permit as needed. Any car without a permit parked in the Amenity Center Parking lot overnight is subject to towing.

Holiday Decor Rules:

Thank you to those of you who have gotten into the holiday spirit and decorated your homes, golf carts, and more! As we near the end of the Holiday Season, we want to share a friendly reminder that all exterior Holiday decor must be down and put away no later than 14 days after the holiday. This means for those with Christmas Decor, everything must be taken down and put away by January 8th. Thank you!

Holiday Trash Schedule:

The City of Fort Myers trash collection next week and the following week will be delayed by one day, so collection day will be Wednesday, December 27 and Wednesday, January 3. For the City’s holiday collection schedule, CLICK HERE.

Safety Corner

Safety is number one! Help us keep the neighborhood safe!

Speeding continues to be a concern in the community. Over the last 90 days, we have had 644 instances of 36MPH or greater with 10% of all vehicles traveling 31MPH or greater. The speed limit is 25MPH. Please remain conscientious of your speed while entering and driving through the community and advise visitors as well.

Bicyclists, please remember to ride with traffic and ensure cars and pedestrians can see you (especially with it getting dark early).

Pedestrians, please walk on the sidewalks and not on the roads. When crossing look both ways and make sure the road is clear.

Streetlights Update

Bridgetown has two types of streetlights, one style Bridgetown Maintains and the other is maintained by FPL. Below are pictures of each, status of any outages, how to report outages, and the street locations of each.

Bridgetown lights have the bell shaped lights and has a 3-digit identifier.

We are currently working on repairing the remaining lights and have obtained additional quotes for light fixtures. Once approved and received, we will promptly complete the repairs.

If you come across a light that is out, please contact Amy Brown, 239-362-0151, Amy.brown@castlegroup.com and we will make sure it gets repaired.

FPL lights are the trapezoid shape type of lights and have a 9-digit identifier.

We have confirmed that the latest list of FPL lights that are out, have been reported to FPL. If you need to report an outage, please click Report an FPL streetlight outage below and to confirm if one has been reported, click the link for FPL streetlight outage map.
