Rebekah Hobbs (she/her) is a postgraduate research associate from the Yale School of Public Health LGBTQ Mental Health Initiative, a center devoted to understanding and improving the mental health of LGBTQ populations in the U.S. and around the world. Rebekah will discuss LGBTQ mental health in the U.S., and how research informs the studies the Initiative is currently conducting.

Rick is the grandnephew of Helene Kramer, a German Jewish Feminist Refugee, who worked with Bertha Pappenheim, founder of the Jewish feminist movement in Germany. Rick will speak about his multi-year exploration to piece together stories about his courageous great aunt.
