Financial and Retirement Planning

Paul Tramontozzi returns this winter for two more sessions of his informative financial and retirement planning classes. Life After Work: How to Prepare a Good Life in Retirement (12951) covers what to consider as you transition from work life to retired life. Learn why you need a retirement income plan, six questions to ask before you retire, how to determine how much income you will need in retirement, four primary sources of retirement income, four popular withdrawal strategies and the pros and cons of each, how retirement income is taxed, five tax planning strategies in retirement, and a retirement income action plan. Class meets Tuesday, February 4, 2025 at 7pm.

He returns a month later on Tuesday, March 4, 2025 to lead How Tax Planning Changes Through Four Stages of Retirement (12950). Learn the critical tax questions to answer before retirement, surprises that often make retirement more expensive, four stages of retirement and important tax actions in each stage, and mistakes to avoid when it comes to investments, health care, and estate planning.
