Artists will transform traffic signal control cabinets in Goodyear from only being functional infrastructure to colorful, inspired works of art. The artwork will either be painted directly on the cabinet or created digitally as a vinyl wrap that will be applied to the cabinet.

The project is open to Arizona artists, artist teams, and educational institutions. The Call is open to artists working in a broad range of visual media.

Interested artists shall submit the following application materials no later than January 13, 2025 by 11:59 p.m.

What's Happening Here?

As Goodyear is one of the fastest growing cities in AZ, and the United States, it's near impossible to not see some sort of construction happening on one or more of our roads on any given day. We receive a lot of emails asking us what's being done on this road or that, or when will this project be completed? Well, we're glad you asked!

Our engineering team has put together a solution that provides our residents with all of the information regarding, past, current and future infrastructure projects in Goodyear. Just click the link below and you'll be able to navigate an interactive map that shows Street, Parks, Water, CIP projects and more! More info can be found at www.goodyearaz.gov/roads.
