TO THE MEMBERS OF THE REPUBLICAN STATE COMMITTEE

OF THE UNITED STATES VIRGIN ISLANDS:

In accordance with The Rules, Policies, and Procedures of the Republican Party of the United States Virgin Islands (“VIGOP Rules”) adopted by the U.S. Virgin Islands Territorial Committee in 2018, the Republican Party of the U.S. Virgin Islands (VIGOP) hereby directs that a meeting of the U.S. Virgin Islands State Committee be convened at 12:00 PM, Atlantic Standard Time, on January 22, 2022 at Bluebeard’s Castle and Resort on St. Thomas and Coco Loco on St. Croix for the purpose of amending the VIGOP Rules to authorize a new election for chairman, national committeeman, national committeewoman, and state party committee members in accordance with the decision of the Republican National Committee on August 22, 2020 and consideration of caucus rules under which those elections will be held.
