People in need often turn to the church for help with food, shelter, gas, or paying a bill when all their other options are exhausted. If you are able to make a donation to answer the immediate needs of folks in crisis, there is a fund on our Giving site called "Samaritan Fund" (in the dropdown menu). You can also donate cash or checks with a note identifying the gift to the Samaritan Fund. Our pastors are then able to provide gift cards for food or gas, a night of lodging, or make a payment for utilities to help the immediate need and then make a referral to an organization to assist the person longer term. Thank you for giving! | |
