Dear Parents, 

 

Open House for all students entering K3 (full and part time), K4 & Kindergarten will be Monday, January 27th at 5:00 p.m. If you register for the 2025-2026 school year on Monday night, you will receive a $100.00 credit for next year's tuition.

 

All students in grades 1-8 should register during Catholic Schools Week (January 27-31) to receive $100.00 credit per student toward next year's tuition. Informational packets and registration forms were sent home with students today.


Make sure to check the fun-filled activities we have planned for Catholic Schools Week. We are excited to celebrate all of the great things we have happening at our school.


Did you sign up for pizza making yet? Please do! We need all hands on deck for shifts on Saturday, February 1st. Free daycare is available for kids 3 and up! You help is needed and appreciated! Sign up today using the link below. Set up for pizza making is Friday at 7:30 pm in the gym. If you are unable to help Saturday, see you Friday night.

Your next PTO meeting is Monday, February 3rd. Please join us at school at 6:00 pm or sign into our Google Meet using the link below so your voice can be heard. Your opinions are important and we want all parents to be involved. Join in!

Parent/Teacher Conferences are scheduled for February 6th. You can sign up for a time slot with your child's teacher using the link below. Due to conferences, February 6th is an early release day.

THIS CLASS IS REQUIRED FOR ANYONE CHAPERONING FIELD TRIPS

  • January 27 @ St. Matthew School - 6:00-9:00pm

All parents and volunteers working with minors in our

archdiocese are required to meet three requirements:


1-Attend a Safe Environment Education Session. This is a child abuse and maltreatment prevention program that must be attended in person. You only need to take this class once.

2-Pass a Criminal Background Check. This check is done before any volunteering with minors and must be done every five (5) years. 

3-Sign the Code of Ethical Standards. This code must be signed prior to beginning volunteering in a parish or school and is reviewed every five (5) years subsequently.
