Sunday School is about LOVE! Between now and Valentine's Day, we will be learning about God's love for us and how we can share our love with others.

We are blessed to have knowledgeable and caring nurses in our congregation!
Sleep apnea can be a very serious disease where someone repeatedly starts and stops breathing. This is hard to know since you are sleeping right!
Some signs and symptoms the Mayo Clinic lists to look for include;
- excessive sleepiness during the day,
- loud snoring,
- abrupt awakening,
- morning headaches,
- mood changes,
- high blood pressure.
This can be treated with different machines, or possibly even surgery; but the first step is recognizing this might be a condition you have and getting tested. There are different types of tests, one of the most common is called polysomnography and involves a compete or partial night of observation of you sleeping. If you have questions or need help finding a place to set up this test let Joanna or Jaime know!
