Downtown Sculpture Walk


The 2024 Downtown Sculpture Walk artist call for entry is now open. Six sculptures will be selected for display throughout Downtown Lee's Summit.


Applications are due January 12.

Cultural Arts Grant


The Cultural Arts Grants program awards funding to enrich the lives of residents and visitors through diverse cultural experiences, open to any eligible 501(c)3 nonprofit, regardless of location. 

 

Applicants do not need to be based in Lee's Summit, however, all funded activities must take place within City boundaries.


Applications are due January 12.

Douglas Street Improvements Project Public Meeting

January 18 | 4 - 6 p.m. | Lee's Summit City Hall Council Chambers


The City will be hosting an in-person public meeting to discuss the design of both the Douglas Street Improvements project and the Olive and Orchard streets improvements. The meeting will be an open house-style format and there will not be a formal presentation. Project plans and exhibits will be available to view and attendees will have the opportunity to offer comments.


An online public meeting format also will be available January 18 - February 5.
