Rockport Gospel Music Festival

January 9 - 10, 2026


The 2026 Rockport Gospel Music Festival returns for two inspiring days of worship and song at the First Baptist Church, 1515 N. Live Oak, Rockport, TX.

Join us Friday, January 9, 2026, at 6:00 PM and Saturday, January 10, 2026, at 1:00 PM for a joyful celebration of gospel music. This year’s lineup includes powerful performances by the Crimson River Quartet, The Kinsmen, The McNeills and The Delawders.

Admission is free, with a love offering encouraged. Whether you are a longtime fan of gospel or new to the experience, the festival offers an unforgettable opportunity to enjoy heartfelt music and community fellowship.

Christmas on the Beach

Christmas on the Beach is an annual drive-thru Lighted Display tour at Rockport Beach. A Celebration of the season for our visitors and community while supporting all participating non-profit organizations.

Winter Texan Appreciation Day

The Rockport-Fulton Chamber of Commerce and RV Council will host the Annual Winter Texan Appreciation Day. January 15, 2026, from 10am -2pm at the Fulton Convention Center. This is a come and go event recognize Winter Texan for the impact they make on our community.

Winter Texan are invited to stop by the Fulton Convention Center, pick-up a goodie bag and collect information from on-site vendors showcasing the many attractions and services available during their winter stay in Rockport-Fulton. Every 2nd Saturday of the month 9am – 5pm. Exhibits include locally grown produce, jams, jellies, and pickled items. There is often fresh baked bread, local honey, Hen fruit (fresh eggs), and freshly made goat soap. Buy fresh produce, cottage canned goods, and more at 105 S. Rockport-Fulton Market Days

Rockport-Fulton Market Days – Every 3rd Friday-Sunday of the month 9 am – 4 pm. Live music is played throughout the weekend. Peruse over 100 vendors, over a dozen food trucks/food vendors, seating under the shade for 48 people and you can bring your pets! Austin Street Art Walk

Every second Saturday of each month, from 10 am – 7pm. Austin Street Art Walk is presented by Rockport Center for the Arts, in partnership with local galleries, restaurants, and businesses located along Austin St. (over 30 participating businesses) Art Walk is a free, alfresco, walkable experience featuring an ever-changing mix of participants representing various art mediums such as paintings, pottery, jewelry, photography, textiles, as well as live music, artist demonstrations, food and more. For more information follow us at

Second Saturday in the District

The Rockport District hosts Second Saturday every month with live music and special themes to enjoy along with Artwalk, Farmers Market, Makers Market. RCAD is an arts and humanities organization that sponsors historic restoration, museum creation, public artwork, including sculptures and murals, musical and transportation history events. RCAD's nine murals are an Instagrammer’s dream, celebrating the community’s wildlife and heritage as an Art Colony since 1948. One of 52 Cultural Districts in Texas, the Rockport District is hosting Second Saturday every month through December with live music and special themes to enjoy along with Artwalk. Rockport Railroad Depot Museum

The Rockport Railroad Depot Museum & Cultural Arts District.

The Rockport Cultural Arts District has restored and repurposed the historic Rockport, San Antonio and Aransas Pass Railroad Depot to a unique Railroad Museum. Come and enjoy the newly renovated Railroad Depot and ride the Passenger Train. The Museum is open Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 1pm - 4pm. Rockport Cultural Arts District has a new program called Passport to Aransas County's Rich and Vibrant History. Your adventure begins with 4 exciting venues to explore.

Visit The Fulton Mansion, Texas Maritime Museum, Rockport Railroad Depot, and the History Center for Aransas County. Texas' first Blue Wave Beach! Located at 210 Seabreeze Drive, Rockport, TX 78382. Hours: Sunday-Thursday, 6 am - 11 pm and Friday-Saturday, 6 am - 12 pm. Beach passes for Rockport Beach are $10/Daily and $40/Yearly. No charge for walk-ins.


Aransas National Wildlife Refuge

Open daily from 30 minutes before sunrise to 30 minutes after sunset. The Visitor Center is open daily 9:00 am to 4:00 pm until April 14th, then closed Mon-Tues starting April 15th. Come hike a trail, fish off the pier or from your kayak, or drive the 16-mile auto tour. Goose Island State Park

Open 7 days a week from 8AM-10PM. Park Headquarters is staffed 7 days a week from 8:30 am - 4:30 pm. Tent and RV camping available; reservations recommended. There is a 1,620 ft. fishing pier, Bayfront campsites, boat ramp, birding areas, hiking trail, and picnic area. While at Goose Island, be sure to visit one of the most famous live oaks in the world, the "Big Tree," estimated to be centuries old - In 1969 it was named the State Champion Coast Live Oak. Memorial Park

Check out the Disc golf course intertwining among the oak trees. Memorial Park is located at 1601 FM 2165 (Pearl St.) in Rockport. The park includes a 6000 sq. ft. modular skate park. Consisting of more than 100 acres, the Park includes 1.65 miles of Hike and Bike trails and a 3/4-mile nature trail with interpretive signs, and rest benches. Soccer fields, basketball courts, baseball/softball fields, off-leash dog parks, playscapes and fitness stations, birding sites, and picnic facilities serve a wide variety of interests throughout the year.
