Hello dear friends,

The longest day of the year has come and come, and we are enjoying warm weather and occasional snow. There was much hype about Dec. 21, 2012, but there really was something to going on. We entered a new astrological age, and the start of a new astrological Great Year, which is 25,900-plus years in length. The energy of the Earth and the Universe is shifting, but in increments that are larger than we can experience on a daily basis.

Actually, for a while I had thought that there would be instantaneous change on 12/21/12, but then I realized that we would continue on as before, with change happening rapidly or slowly, but not instantaneously by human standards. I was disappointed, but also relieved that I would get to keep on doing my work and growing myself in this life.

This month the newsletter is late, and you will be getting another one towards the end of the month, as I change the date when I send it each month.

I am starting to teach more classes at The Healing Center in Beverly, generally every first and third Thursday of the month, as well as continuing to teach at Boston Center for Adult Education and North Shore Community College.

I also have regular office hours at The Healing Center for seeing clients on Thursdays.

I am excited to be teaching more classes, and expanding my offerings!

Sweet green blessings,
In an article I wrote this fall I gave directions on making teas and infusions: infusions how-to. I hope you find it helpful when the sniffles or fever come on.
