PROJECT UNDERWAY TO SPREAD THE WORD AND BUILD MANUFACTURING TALENT PIPELINE
Video marketing is not only one of the most popular ways to stay competitive while increasing brand awareness, it may also help development the pipeline of talent needed to meet workforce needs in the next few years.
In partnership with the Mid-Florida Regional Manufacturers Association, we've teamed up with Digital Fury Productions to develop videos that showcase your business and the strength, growth and variety of the local manufacturing industry. These videos will be shown to high school students, their parents, teachers and guidance counselors. The whole process is structured to take up as little of your time as possible and result in first-rate videos at minimal cost. Contact

FOCUS ON CRITICAL TARGET INDUSTRIES CAN MEAN FINANCIAL I
NCENTIVES FOR EMPLOYERS
WIOA establishes an integrated, hob-driven public workforce system that connects diverse talent and adopts a broad perspective for talent development by linking with economic development, educational and other community-based organizations for planning, collaboration and service delivery. For our three-county area, that means a focus on industries critical to the local economy: healthcare, information/technology, manufacturing, and transportation/logistics. For these industries, or employers with industry-specific jobs, that can mean a variety of Financial Incentive programs to help you recruit, hire and train employees.

Mentoring youth is the ground-floor work of developing a talented workforce. That's why CareerSource CLM is proud to support the Take Stock in Children program, an initiative of the Public Education Foundation of Marion County. By providing scholarships, mentors and hope, this award-winning program helps break the cycle of poverty and provides a promising future for deserving youth. Mentors are always needed.
