Thursday evenings can be a low energy evening. The hustle & bustle of Monday-Wednesday and this ONE day before the upliftment & activity of Friday hits. Thursday evenings can feel like a deflated balloon. This is a great time to practice moving exhausted, tired or stressed energy and allowing for stronger, calmer and much sharper energy to rise to your surface. Meditation, followed by a kick-asana Sacred Seeds Yoga Flow (developed by Jacqui) & hints of Balanced Athlete (™) This monthly slice of heaven is ALL levels, for real. Everyone from a total couch potato to Patanjali himself (author of the Yoga Sutras)- doesn't matter! Restorative Yoga w/ a live sound bath of drums, bowls & other cool instruments will bookend the practice complete with a delightful Savasana & seated Meditation to close. SHUT. THE. FRONT. DOOR. I. KNOW. I can't believe it either. Giddy up & get your spot as these monthly sessions will sell out. Taking time for yourself is selfless for the echo & ripple effect that is YOU. |First You Breathe: Yoga for Beginners

More and more people are seeking out yoga as a way to reduce stress, increase range of motion, better sleep and to enjoy a community-based movement practice that is truly all-levels and that can be adapted to a variety of fitness levels and injuries.
Join Beverly for this 4 week series set in our cute and cozy Hanover studio -we're keeping the group small so there will be lots of individual attention, time for questions and a lot of fun!

| Mindfulness & Eating: Exploring Plant-Based Nutrition with Aliza Strok
Saturday January 26th
Eating delicious food is something a lot of us don't take the time to fully enjoy in the present moment. When was the last time you sat down to a meal and really thought about what you're eating, how it tastes, and what it's doing to nourish your body? This workshop will teach you how to enjoy your food to the fullest and make more mindful decisions when it comes to what you consume. We will observe our experience as we eat healthy plant-based foods, discuss the three gunas philosophy, as well as dive into a restorative yoga and meditation practice for functional digestion.
Class will include a light plant-based lunch and dessert - please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org with any food allergies/intolerances.
$40 includes food. Space is limited.

SPA Yoga & Essential Oils

Join Lauren D'Angelo to warm your body and soul at this late January Essential Oils and SPA Yoga workshop!
SPA yoga is a slow-flow, floor-based, whole-body sensory experience based.
By engaging all five of the senses with soft candlelight, soothing music, aromatherapy, lots of hands-on assists and a renewed awareness of taste (there might be chocolate! hint hint), SPA aligns practitioners with the inner wisdom of deep relaxation.
The physical practice takes time to open the body's subtle energy and prepares students to experience new depths of awareness in an extended, guided savasana.
During SPA, you may discover extra hands on assists and massages using essentials oils, along with a calming candlelit room atmosphere, delightful scents and beautiful music in the background.
Essential oils can be used to awaken and invigorate the senses and they are a compliment to a whole life and support our bodies systems, ground our emotions, and enhance our immune system so we can be healthy, active and live abundantly in health and wealth. Oils have been used for centuries to enhance health.
Be prepared to feel like you just walked out of a SPA!
Join Lauren for this workshop, which incorporates SPA yoga, along with essential oils.
Each workshop attendee will have a chance to create their own blend of essential oil and leave with a 10 ml roller ball of your own custom creation!

Luckily our workshops and classes are developed to meet a wide variety of energetic needs - so if you need to burn off some steam or cozy up to a bolster we've got something for you. This December and January (according to my star-gazers in the know) are perfect months for manifesting, making things happen and initiating positive change.
