JANUARY CLASSES, CLINICS, & VERTIMAX
3V3 GAME SITUATIONS (6TH-8TH)
Meets Mondays for 3 Weeks
6:00-8:00 PM

Members: $75 Non-Members $100

Players will play "live" situations the entire class. The emphasis of this class will be on the player understanding how they are being defended. Class will be structured 3v3 out of offensive actions including away screens, ball-screens, and motion concepts. 6th-8th Grader Players should be ready to learn and compete with each class.

Meets Wednesdays for 3 Weeks
3rd-4th - 6:00-7:00 PM
5th-6th - 7:00-8:00 PM

Members: $45 Non-Members $60

Be better prepared for your upcoming games with an additional night of player development. Classes will allow every player to spend valuable time on skills that will show up most often in the games. Each session will incorporate individual skill instruction highlighting dribbling, passing, finishing & shooting followed by group competitions. Coaches will focus on a positive environment preaching preparation for tomorrow is hard work today.
JUNIOR HOOPS 6-SESSION CLASS MEETS 2X PER WEEK FOR 3 WEEKS
K-2ND - 6:00-7:00 PM
2ND - 4TH - 7:00-8:00 PM

6-Session Class for young players. Work with Coach Teresa on the fundamentals of the game including passing, dribbling, shooting, lay-ups, etc. This class meets twice a week for 3 weeks.
OFFENSIVE SKILLS CLINIC (4TH-8TH)
Monday, January 20th
9:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Members: $30 Non-Members $40

Just Hoops Offensive Skills Clinic will challenge players to improve their offensive skill set through a variety of drills and competitions. The clinic will teach offensive fundamentals such as shooting, passing, and ball-handling, as well as, moving without the ball, proper spacing, and screening principles.

Former Ohio State Basketball player and Just Hoops certified VertiMax instructor, Matt Lehmann, will feature weekly workouts designed to help athletes achieve their goals of jumping higher, being more explosive, and taking care of their bodies. The program will be targeted to improve their overall speed and conditioning, vertical explosiveness, and core strength/mobility. With a combination of VertiMax training and plyometric exercises, athletes will work to engage fast-twitch muscles, first-step quickness and learn proper techniques on how to jump properly.
