Hospice Volunteer
Join us for this 8-week volunteer training program that focuses on how to provide comfort, support and a reassuring presence to Hospice patients and their families. Trainings are offered in various locations. Details here .

Matter of Balance Volunteer
This program is designed to help people manage concerns about falls and increase physical activity. If you are interested in joining our volunteer team as a Matter of Balance coach, please contact Katie Michaud, OT at 603-332-1133, Ext 186 or kmichaud@cornerstonevna.org .
Personal Care Service Provider
Cornerstone VNA is offering a two-day training program for certification as a Personal Care Service Provider (PCSP) on January 30 and 31 from 2:30pm - 7:30pm.  A PCSP is a person who performs and assists with the routine tasks of daily living for people with disabilities and special health needs. Hannaford Helps
Cornerstone VNA has been chosen as the February recipient of the Hannaford Cause Bag program featuring the "Helps" bag at the Hannaford located at 833 Central Avenue in Dover NH.

For every "Helps" bag sold during the month of February at this 
location, Cornerstone VNA will receive a $1 donation!
Cornerstone in the Community
Cornerstone VNA provides monthly health screening clinics. A registered nurse is available for blood sample screenings for diabetes, cholesterol, blood pressure monitoring, medication and nutrition counseling. The services provided are free, however, there is a small fee for a cholesterol screening if noted as well as for Foot Care Clinics. All clinics listed on our website are open to the public.
