Save The Date For Maryland Jewish Advocacy Day Virtual Events
Registration is now open for Maryland Jewish Advocacy Day. Events will take place virtually across three different evenings in February with the keynote event, featuring Senate President Bill Ferguson, on February 16.

Be sure to also register for your district night meeting, where you can join with your neighbors and meet with your state senator and delegates to advocate on behalf of the Maryland Jewish Community.
Honoring Dr. King: The Enduring Relevance of “Letter from a Birmingham Jail”
In observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day, we are excited to partner with Jews United For Justice as well as synagogues and organizations from around the community for a program on why Dr. King's “Letter from a Birmingham Jail" is just as relevant today, as when he first wrote it.

The letter, which features the immortal words "injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere," will be read by students from the Baltimore School for the Arts, followed by a panel of community leaders who will discuss today's relevance of the letter. Finally, participants will be invited to share their thoughts and feelings. Advance registration is required.
Did you miss any programming in December?
December was a busy month at the BJC. With programming almost each week, we understand if you may have missed a few of them. We invite you to go back and view the recorded versions of each program:
