Stay Active This Winter at The Loop Skate Trail

Come skate at The Loop at LaSalle Landing, 1010 Front Road (next to the Event Centre)! Open daily from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm! Warming tent and washrooms available onsite.

Here are a few more reasons why winter exercise is great for your well-being:

  • Beat the winter blues – Research shows that exercise boosts your mood by releasing endorphins, serotonin, and dopamine. Even in the darker months, you can enjoy the outdoors while staying bundled up.
  • Boost your energy – Regular physical activity increases energy levels and helps combat the sluggishness many of us feel during winter.
  • Sleep better – Studies show that just 120 minutes of exercise per week can improve sleep quality and make you more alert during the day.
  • Strengthen your immune system – Exercise can give your immune system a boost, which is especially important during cold and flu season.

𝗣𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲: as this is an outdoor ice trail, conditions will vary, and there may be temporary closures due to weather and/or maintenance. Visitors are encouraged to check the latest trail status at The Loop.
