2023 Dance Recital Classes!
Winfield Park District Dance is collaborating with Front Street Dance Studio to offer studio-quality instruction. The program is designed for young dancers to practice this art in a healthy and supportive environment, which remains affordable to residents.

Class Levels
Dancers are placed in a level based on age. Instructors have final authority to place dancers in the appropriate level.

  • Mini: Toilet-trained and independent of parents, Ages 3-5
  • Beginner: Ages 5-7
  • Junior: Ages 6-9
  • Intermediate: Ages 9-11
  • Teen: 12-19

ever-changing program offerings due to facility renovations, the Winter Brochure will be available online *ONLY.

Flashlight Egg Hunt
Come join us for an EGGciting time this year at the Winfield Park District’s Flashlight Egg Hunt. Be sure to bring your flashlight because this egg hunt will be in the dark. The Easter Bunny has also dropped off “special” eggs that might just win you a valuable little door prize.


Participants are reminded to bring their own flashlight and basket or bag to collect the eggs. Please sign up for the appropriate age category and time.
Early Childhood & Youth
ABC Preschool
Our school operates on the same schedule as District #34 on most holidays and vacations, however, winter break may differ.

The school year runs between Tuesday, September 5, and Friday, May 24
Resident registration: Monday, January 2
Non-Resident registration: Monday, January 9
Valentine Treats
Delicious treats with the theme of love will be featured in this hands-on cooking workshop. Join us to create and decorate lovely cupcakes, fruit kabobs, and veggies with loaded dip.
Summer Camp: Mighty Munchkins and Camp Winfield!
Mighty Munchkins and Camp Winfield programs are the perfect options for a summer full of fun! Camp will provide daily activities including crafts, games, sports, pool days, and field trips for kids ages 5-13 years old. Camp is held Monday-Friday from 9am-4pm.
