The District Phase II Ribbon Cutting

On January 12, E-REP joined Governor Mike Braun, the City of Princeton, local leaders, and the project's development team to celebrate the completion of Phase II of The District, a 254-unit apartment complex in Princeton.

The second phase added 110 one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments to the 144 apartments constructed in Phase I using READI funding.

Projects like The District address workforce housing demand, support employers like Toyota, and strengthen quality of place, reflecting long-term confidence in Princeton’s future and its workforce.
