Staff Pick of the Month: Bengal
Meet Bengal! This bright boy loves attention! The more you can give him, the better. He bonds very hard with his humans.
Bengal is sweet and affectionate but doesn't do well with other dogs or children because of his desire for affection. Some people might say he gets jealous, but we just think he needs a human who understands him.
He enjoys snuggles, walks great on a leash, and loves a good car ride. He's also house-trained! Come meet Bengal today!

HSC Spotlight: Pet Food Bank
|
As the weather gets colder, we see a rise in need for HSC's outreach clients this time of year. We are asking the Charlotte community to please consider donating items to help support our Pet Food Bank.
HSC was able to serve almost 2000 households in 2018 and we need your help to ensure this service remains available for our neighbors in need. If you are able to donate food, we are requesting:
- Dog Food (dry and wet, no puppy food please)
- Cat Food (dry and wet, no kitten food please)
- Dog Treats
- Cat Treats
- Cat Litter
Want to make it even easier to donate? Purchase your donation online and have it shipped directly to us. We love visits from the Amazon delivery person. All deliveries are inspected for thoroughness and kitten approval.
