Court Partners with Community Stakeholders
to Examine Eviction Procedures

Last year, the Akron Municipal Court partnered with the University of Akron School of Law, Community Legal Aid and Fair Housing Contact Service, Inc, to hold tenant education sessions and to examine eviction procedures. As a result, the court has issued a Public Notice of proposed rule changes.
