“Evenings with History” Returns January 21 st :
“The Underground Railroad Quilt: Map to The Promised Land”
During the Civil War, quilts were made with encoded symbols to provide information and maps for those seeking to escape slavery by means of the Underground Railroad.  Join us Tuesday, January 21 st , 7 PM, at the Brown-Stetson-Sanford House when master quilter Cookie Noel talks about the exquisite Underground Railroad quilt she made and donated to GOCHC.
