Hamilton (CMA) Labour Force Snapshot, January 2016
Every month WPH releases the Hamilton Labour Force Snapshot which gives current labour market information on the labour market highlights, characteristics, growing and declining industries, top areas of employment, and occupations in our area.
This month the report notes major job gains in business, building and other support services, when compared to last year, as well as job gains in health care and social assistance.
Hamilton's premier networking event for women takes place on March 9, 2016 at Liuna Station from 8:30 am. - 3:00 pm.
Featured is Anna Olson, host of Bake with Anna Olson speaking about entrepreneurship, and an address by Justine Fedak Zurini, Senior VP and Head of Brand, Advertising and Sponsorship, BMO Financial Group North America.
The day long event also features a panel of local business entrepreneurs and time for networking.
