AD CLUB INSIDER January Edition
Members:

Over the last year you have stayed connected with us and continued to use The Club as a platform and a resource. As a non-profit organization we rely on your continued engagement and support, which is why we want to say thank you.

As a current ADVERTISING Club Corporate Member, you will receive one complimentary incremental submission (Bravery or Reset) when you enter the 2021 International ANDY Awards.

The ANDY Awards are a barometer of the industry's best. As an Idea-based Show with a world-class integrated Jury, all the work is reviewed together based on the idea and through different lens including Craft, Reset/Innovation, and Bravery.

For full details about how to enter work see the guide here. Contact a team member to claim a promotional code. The entries system is open and accepting all work created since February of 2020.

Thank you for being members, we hope to see you in the winners' circle.
Through the ANDYs' parent organization The ADVERTISING Club of New York we have long supported and nurtured the talent pipeline but we know we can do even more to help create an industry that reflects the population.

Together we can set the bar higher. This past year has revealed inequities across the board, and it is more important than ever to invest in our people and our industry.
How Will We Do More?
Our Foundation has long been a proponent of a multi-prong approach to making our industry more diverse: 'promote, attract, train and retain'. As part of our collective efforts to retain talent within the industry, we will add "seats" to the judging table reserved for selected rising stars.

Given the high caliber of jurors, these rising stars will have the opportunity to participate in these discussions. They will elevate their comprehension of the industry and, at the same time, will allow the debate to include their fresh perspective.
Our greatest asset is our jury which has always included some of the most talented creative leaders worldwide. Beginning now each jury member will agree to mentor someone from an underrepresented community.

The mentees are being selected from the American Advertising Federation’s National Student Competition, City University of New York schools, and Historically Black Colleges & Universities, among other institutions.
