The turnout to setting up the Creche was outstanding.  As is usually the case, there were an ample number of engineers to figure out the directions which generated many laughs. The brothers, under the direction of Fr. Burch, set up the Christmas trees inside the church and hung decorations on the lampposts in the church courtyard.  What a wonderful effort!

The annual Adopt-A-Child Christmas party came off without a hitch.  One hundred and fifty special needs children from 15 area classrooms participated in a game of bowling, pizza and dessert before opening gifts.
A huge thank you goes out to the parishioners and Knights who provided the wrapped gifts.  Santa Claus (alias Tom Ross) surprised the children and received a loud cheer and applause.
This all could not have happened without the support of the teachers, school assistants, Women of Sacred Heart and Knights.  To all a good job and to all a thank you.
