2022 Compliance Courses... Coming Soon!
Our 2021 compliance courses are now archived, which means it's time to turn your attention to the new 2022 compliance courses.

All 2022 compliance courses will launch at the same time later this month as part of a single Learning Plan in Heartbeat Learning. All employees are required to complete the compliance courses each year.

January Course Launch: De-Escalating Conflict: Techniques You Need to Know
When it comes to conflict de-escalation, two techniques make the biggest impact on tense situations. Those are:
  1. Active listening
  2. Recognizing and eliminating bias

This course will cover both of these techniques.
