Beyond Resolutions: A Mindful Start to the New Year
Thursday, January 30th- 2:00pm
Start 2025 by embracing what already is, rather than chasing what “should be”. This mindfulness workshop turns traditional resolutions inside out, focusing instead on setting gentle and sustainable intentions. Rather than adding more to your to-do list, discover how mindfulness can be the foundation that naturally supports positive change in your life.
Led by Susan Peck, a retired elementary and preschool teacher, this session draws on her nearly ten years of mindfulness practice and her certification as a Mindfulness Facilitator from Copper Beech Institute in West Hartford, CT.
