As this tax season approaches, our firm is entering its first filing season as an independent practice. We can’t think of a better way to introduce ourselves than by using our 20+ years of combined IRS examination experience to help small businesses identify potential issues before returns are filed. We are offering a $750 fixed-fee pre-filing compliance check focused on areas the IRS commonly examines, including income reporting, expense classification, prior-year filings, and S corporation officer compensation. The check includes an analysis of financial statements, a cursory general ledger review, bank activity review, prior-year return review, and a written summary report outlining observations and recommendations. This check does not include bookkeeping cleanup or tax preparation, but these services are available separately if needed.
