Recent announcements and rumors would indicate the bottom of the
market seems to have passed. Manufacture rumors now include cutting back
on production in hopes to move up pricing and become profitable again.

As announced in December the letters below show a 10% increase in domestic Lysine. Foreign material is also up. Fewer imports of Tryptophan are driving
up its price. Methionine has the most recent announcement. On Friday
December 20th, Adisseo declared a Force Majeure on some of their
Methionine products due to the national rail strike in France. Threonine
has also seen some upward movement recently.
