2024 Grants Timeline

The Foundation is looking ahead to our year of grantmaking. HLF has established distinct grant programs to support a spectrum of approaches to address the needs of certain populations and improve overall health outcomes and opportunities in Lakewood. Our first 2024 grant cycle is Systems-Change Grants, with an LOI process opening from March 25 to April 10, 2024. If you are working on identifying and addressing systemic issues to influence and guide change in structural systems, please reach out to HLF Staff.
