What to do When School is Out?

A complete list of non-school dayS (NSD) programming options can be found  here . On t hese days we offer care from 6:30 AM until 6:00 PM and sometimes include a FUN field trip! You can register for these days in Eleyo at any time, remembering to pay attention to the deadlines for registration. The deadlines are also the last date you can withdraw your child from the NSD without being charged. Once a registration deadline has passed, you are not guaranteed childcare and may be put on a wait list.

SeeSaw is coming to Extended Day!

We will be moving to the SeeSaw platform for Extended Day information and sharing pictures of all the fun activities. All the kiddos and families have been set up and should be getting all the information. If you are not seeing the Extended Day SeeSaw please let a staff know and we will work of getting it fixed.

Toy From Home Day Reminder!

Thursdays  are toy from home day. Kids may bring one non-violent, non-electronic toy to Extended Day on this day if they choose to.  Remind them that they are responsible for their toys.  They will be able to have their toys out during designated times.

We are very excited to announce that Vadnais had a great visit by the validator! She had amazing things to say about all of the kiddos and staff. We will not officially know about passing until the spring...but we have a feeling we did!

Specialty Days in December

A Peek into January

Happy New Year! We have an avalanche of fun planned for 2020! We will be playing some new gym games, learning our names in Morse Code, breathing like dragons, and cooking up a storm! We will revisit our Positive Behavior Interventions and Support (PBIS) processes and remind students of expectations. This is so that we can continue to have days full of positive fun! If you have any questions about PBIS please don't hesitate to ask! Did You Know...

That at Extended Day we purposefully and deliberately provide several choices of activities for your children every day? Giving them choices helps them feel like they have power and control over what they do, and this is a big step in growing up. We offer STEAM (science, technology, engineering, art, math), literacy, active play, creative expression, camps, clubs and dramatic play every week. Your child is able to choose from these options based on what sparks his/her interest! 

December Highlights

We have had a lot of fun in November!

Highlights of the month included the Food Truck set up in our Dramatic Play area, and all of the great Daily Specials. The older kiddos worked really hard at creating a food truck out of cardboard. It turned out great and all of Extended Day enjoyed playing in it. The weather was decent most days so we had the opportunity to spend plenty of time outside and go on nature walks.

Billing

Tuition should be paid promptly! Auto pay is available via the Eleyo system. Late fees will be assessed to accounts not paid in full- if you have any questions regarding billing, or need assistance getting set up in auto pay, please contact our billing department at [email protected]. or at: 651-407-7511. Reminder: Payments are due on 15th of the month!

Drop-In Contract Information

Please enter Drop-in requests into the Eleyo system a minimum of 24 hours in advance . A confirmation email will be sent to you once the request is approved. If you DO NOT receive a confirmation email, the request is not approved. Families are expected to provide communication with the child's classroom teacher of any changes in after-school care arrangements with Extended Day.
