Health and Supportive Care Providers Oversight Authority

Share with your PSW colleagues

Launched in late 2024, the Health and Supportive Care Providers Oversight Authority (HSCPOA) is regulatory body that aims to protect the public through registered personal support worker (PSW) oversight and accountability.

Registration is voluntary and there is currently no cost to become registered and be listed on their public register. We are sharing this information for awareness as occupational therapists work closely with PSWs. More information is available at hscpoa.com.
