The vaccine is only for 5 to 11 year olds who are AFP patients. Pediatric Pfizer dose. Second doses will be available.
- Space is limited so please call us at 413-549-8400 to book an appointment -- (More dates to be added soon).
- Please do not come if recently exposed to COVID-19 or if you are symptomatic. Parent or guardian must also be asymptomatic and not awaiting a pending COVID-19 test.
- Please plan on spending at least 30 minutes at the clinic. Bring items to keep your little ones occupied.

ANXIETY REDUCTION SUPPORT GROUP
10-week class ~ Wednesdays 1/26-4/6 from 4-5pm

This hybrid class / support group is designed to help keep heads and hearts afloat this winter. We will be learning about straightforward and compassionate approaches to ease anxiety, improve motivation, and build each individual's sense of agency and hopefulness. EXPLORING THE FUNDAMENTALS OF INTUITIVE EATING

The Intuitive Eating (IE) model is explored in this six-week online group. Learn about the principles of Intuitive Eating and how you can better your relationship with food and your body. Topics covered will include rejecting the diet mentality, honoring hunger and fullness, challenging the food police, and respecting your body. Please note: this is not a weight-loss class).

Please note: patients will be charged their co-pay for Group Medical visits. Please ask about our new co-pay/fee schedule. All weekly and monthly support groups will remain at NO CHARGE for patients.
- All visits (except for ongoing support meetings) follow our 24-hour cancellation policy. A no show fee will be charged if policy is not followed
- Please note: we cannot schedule a provider visit for patients on the same day they are scheduled for a group medical visit, UNLESS it is a behavioral health visit.
