What do you love about Surface and why?

Surface aligns with our mission and vision at Triniti Salon. It is made in the USA, environmentally conscious and sustainably harvested. I believe Surface is protecting the professionalism of our industry by providing superior products available only in professional salons. I love everything that Surface is and everything it is not!

What is the best part of belonging to the Surface family?

One of the greatest gifts Surface provides my team is our Salon Growth Manager, Jessica Zimmerman. As a busy salon owner, I feel like she has been an answer to our prayers. She supports us in creating incentives, education, product promotions and retail displays. Jessica is a part of our family, and I know that this is only possible because of the mission and vision of Surface. I have never felt so supported by a company.

What is your favorite Surface product?

The new Pure Blonde Violet Shampoo and Conditioner! They are game changers for stylists and our guests. The results are immediate. It leaves the hair with amazing tone, high shine, frizz-free and silky-smooth. We sold out with-in three days!

What are your guests' favorite Surface products?

Our guests' favorite is the Trinity Protein Cream. It has rescued my hair, and I have watched it change my guests' hair. They love that it is weightless, detangles, and is a UV protectant. It is strengthening without over "proteinizing". Other guest favorites are the Bassu Hydrating Masque, Trinity Dry Shampoo, and Awaken Thickening Cream.

How have you encompassed Surface into your life and business?

We started with a small order and little commitment. It was not long before we eliminated every other product line in the salon! Surface has a solution for everything we need. My team of experienced stylists immediately fell in love with the superior quality. There was a drastic difference in the integrity of our guests' hair and the longevity of their color. Most importantly, our guests started seeing results too!

How has Surface changed you as a person?

I have never been more proud to stand behind a company. My team and I have reached a new level of passion and inspiration. I am less stressed, and as a new business owner, that is huge!

How does using Surface make you feel?

I have a sense of security and relief to have finally found a company that aligns with our vision and mission. It is important to me to operate with integrity. When we say we care about the planet, we better walk the talk! When we say a product works...it better!

What does Surface mean to you?

It means hope for the future and making a difference in the world. It means we have a team in life bigger than we can ever imagine. At Triniti, we refer to it as "Team Earth," the ones that will leave a positive impact on this planet. I'm proud to be on that team with the Surface family.
