Congratulations to the inaugural cohort of Morris Series alumni!
Thursday, December 3 marked the last session of the first-ever Morris Series, Indiana's first and only global leadership development series!

The inaugural cohort, made up of 24 global professionals from across Indiana, was joined by 36 speakers and panelists over the five-month series. Meeting virtually once a month from August to December, the group further developed their skills in global leadership in government, business and philanthropic efforts.

Funding Announcement
Lilly Endowment supports The Center's 2021 programming and operations with a $500,000 grant
The International Center is honored to receive a $500,000 grant from Lilly Endowment!

The grant is given in two phases: a single installment of $300,000 followed by a challenge grant of $200,000. The challenge grant is designed to inspire other donors to support The International Center and will match qualified contributions from businesses, organizations, foundations and individuals.

Martin Baier named secretary of the
Global Ties U.S. Board of Directors!
The International Center's president and CEO, Martin Baier, was elected as the secretary of the Global Ties U.S. Board of Directors. Martin has served as a board member since 2018.

Global Ties U.S. is the nonprofit partner of the U.S. Department of State and coordinates international exchange programs.
