Our Brain Tumour Research Fellowship encourages and enables young clinicians and scientists to enter the field of brain tumour research and accelerate studies leading to a cure for brain tumours.

We are seeking outstanding young brain tumour researchers to continue the Research Fellowship, with studies conducted in Canada. Applications will be considered for adult and pediatric Basic, Clinical or Translational Research.

Supporting brain tumour research in Canada allows everyone affected by brain tumours to better understand this disease and move closer to finding new treatments, improve current treatments, and enhance the quality of life for brain tumour patients.

The goal of the Brain Tumour Registry of Canada is to routinely provide comprehensive data on the incidence, prevalence, mortality and survival rates for all primary brain tumours (malignant and non-malignant) by important patient characteristics (tumour location, histology, sex, age, and region), to better understand the patterns of occurrence and survival.

Congratulations to Dr. Reilly and his lab on the great steps forward in GBM research. We are proud to have supported Dr. Reilly to this stage and are excited for what is yet to come. 


The results of the study conducted in mice with human GBM tumours in the brain are very promising for treatment of GBM in patients in the future.
