Exercise is challenging to fit into your schedule and your psyche. Choosing a class format or sports group that both inspires you and holds you accountable is so helpful. Sometimes you can get tired of being your own energy. 2020 can bring better health and happiness to you if you have figured out what type of exercise and what type of people bring you joy. I was introduced to Crossfit by these two young ladies. Lisa on the left started a Crossfit box in her garage and introduced the sport to our whole family. I think about what I can do and not what I can’t to avoid being discouraged. I know that no matter what I do when I get there, it will be more than if I had stayed home.
