The current session of cardio-boxing is coming to an end. The next 4-week session will begin on Monday, February 6th. Free demos and make-ups will run from 1/30-2/3. Sign-up now!

Small Group Training
The most affordable form of training Progress Fitness has to offer -- The next 6-week session of Circuit X-Press begins February 13th! Members are welcome to attend their first class for free.

Sat & Sun 9:00am
Option to participate once, twice, or three days a week! Workouts change each week.
Personal Training Specials

MOSSA Class Launches
Group fitness launches for all MOSSA classes are finishing up this week. There are still a few class launches left: Centergy 1/25 @7:15pm, Core 1/27 @ 6:00am, Power 1/28 @ 8:35am, Groove 1/28 @9:40am, Ride 1/29 @9:00am.
