Dear Nordstrom FCU Members,

On behalf of myself and everyone at Nordstrom Federal Credit Union, we want to wish you a happy and prosperous new year. 

2023 has been a year of growth, resilience, and dedication to our top priority, serving you. Nordstrom FCU remains a safe place for our members to save money as we continue to maintain our federally insured status with the National Credit Union Share Insurance Fund.

I am particularly proud of our new digital banking system we launched in 2023. Now your finances are truly at your fingertips. If you have not already logged on and given it a try, I recommend you do! 

At the heart of our success is our unwavering commitment to our members. We understand that each member is unique, with individual financial goals and aspirations and this year we were thrilled to offer our highest savings, money market and certificate rates in recent years. It has been so exciting for us help our members use those rates to their advantage and achieve financial goals more quickly than ever.

Shelli Millhuff

Shelli has been the President/CEO of Nordstrom FCU since 2013. Before that, she held executive positions at Northwest Plus and Watermark Credit Unions. Shelli is a native of Western Washington. She enjoys traveling, golfing, and spending time with her husband and three beagles.
