   Aaah!....The beginning of a new year!  This always brings about excitement and contemplation!  As we start to hear about and see people deciding on their 2016 Race line up, we start to get excited too!  We always enjoy helping our clients achieve those goals that they have set out for the year ahead!  Wether your goals include tackling a PB, jumping up in race distance, or simply becoming a STRONGER runner; we are here to help!
