Your fuel taxes for 4th quarter 2021 are due to the state by January 31st. Our office
will need your trip sheets or log books with fuel receipts for October 1st –
December 31st. To avoid late fees, paperwork should be in our office by January
15th. Once your fuel taxes have been processed, the documents will be mailed back
to you or can be held for pickup. If fuel taxes are filed after January 31st, the state
will charge a $50 late penalty or 10% of what is owed, whichever amount is greater.
Keep in mind that an additional 1% of your total owed is applied to every month
your fuel taxes are late! If you have an IFTA account and did not run in 4th
quarter, we will still need a statement from you to file a zero return to the states on
your behalf. Our fuel tax processing fee is $70 for the first truck/driver and $35 for
each additional truck/driver per quarter. If the documents submitted are not
organized, there will be an additional $25 charge per truck/driver. The processing
fee for a zero return is $45. You may send your information via fax, email or mail.
