PARTICIPANTS WILL RECEIVE

  • 3 workouts each week, lead by certified personal trainers
  • In-Person classes held MWF at 11:30am
  • Pre-recorded class options to fit your schedule
  • Initial health coaching session (with Inbody if local to the Shwellness Center)
  • Optional bi-weekly health coaching sessions to hold you accountable to your goals
  • Nutrition tips from our trainers and Registered Dietitian

New, Group Nutrition Education!


"Kick start your Nutrition"


Based on feedback, we are offering this program with group in-person and virtual options! This program is perfect for anyone wanting to learn the basics and gain sustainable healthy habits this year! The four week program includes nutrition education on the following topics:


  • Eat well with MyPlate
  • Decode nutrition fact labels
  • Shop healthy at the grocery Store...on a budget!
  • Portion control and creating a Healthy Relationship with Food


When: Tuesdays, Jan.16th- Feb. 6th, from 2:00-2:45

Where: The Shwellness learning center or via Microsoft teams

Exercise Tracker: Coloring Page

Need some motivation to stay active throughout January? Print out the monthly sheet and color a spot for each workout completed! There are 31 numbered spots for a goal of being active each day of the month. You can define what activity looks like for you! Maybe it's going to the gym every day, or you want to count walking for your activity. The goal is to get moving and finish your coloring page!

We also have some copies in the Shwellness Fitness Center if you want

to pick a hard copy.

We offer a variety of FREE classes! Click the images to view the schedules and read the class descriptions. All virtual classes are held via Zoom and the info can be found in the class descriptions.
