January Edition

A Message from the Mayor

As we begin the New Year, I want to wish you and your family all the very best for 2024!

I, alongside Members of Council, would like to invite you to our annual New Year's Levee taking place this Sunday, January 21 from 9:30am until 12:00pm at Venu Event Space located at 2800 Hwy 7, Vaughan. There will be lots of activities for everyone to enjoy, exciting entertainment and a complimentary breakfast. It’s sure to be a great morning and we hope to see you there!

January is Tamil Heritage Month. I invite you to come and celebrate Tamil Heritage Month and Thai Pongal with us on Monday, January 22 from 6:00pm - 8:00pm at Vaughan City Hall. This exciting evening will commemorate the vibrant culture of our Tamil residents and celebrate their art and heritage while observing traditional musical and dance performances.

We have much to look forward to this year!
