We're thrilled to formally share our OASIS Ecosystem concept, our goal of creating a comprehensive system of products and services designed to facilitate streamlined communication, enhance knowledge building, and support workflow optimization between your inside sales users, outside sales users, and customers, from project start to finish.
The OASIS Ecosystem will allow OASIS users and their customers to work quickly to identify and confirm project requirements by making information related to quotes, submittals, orders, and invoices easily accessible, all while prioritizing data security.

Folio Sheets is an innovative new service providing automated cut sheet highlights for agents.
Over the past year, our team identified several significant lighting manufacturers and has worked diligently to download, highlight, and upload cut sheets ready for use at our customers' disposal.
All users will have to do is enable Folio Sheets in Legacy OASIS or O4 and map the manufacturers they represent in OASIS. Then, any part number matches found inside the submittal editor will automatically pull in professionally highlighted cut sheets, saving you hours of time and effort.

Companies can leverage the OASIS Certification program for onboarding and employee development training needs alike, and OASIS users can exhibit their OASIS Certification as a qualification for their job role.

Launching our Ingen Portal that will allow our users to manage their OASIS services, including generating quotes, downloading invoices, and making payments, all without contacting our sales team. This technology will eventually be passed along to our O4 customers to make their account receivable processes just as easy.

Releasing new O4 reporting tiles that offer numerous metric tracking capabilities and automatic emailed updates to internal staff and external customers. Three new tiles are already available now; see the O4 section of this newsletter!

Publishing regularly scheduled short videos that will cover tutorials, tips, and tricks to help OASIS users uncover new ways to get the most value out of our products and services in 10 minutes or less. 2024 Server Maintenance Schedule | |
Our server maintenance windows occur on the Saturday following each monthly production release from 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM central time.
During these maintenance windows, operating system updates and patches will be applied to our Windows and Red Hat Linux servers, firewalls, and switches as necessary. Therapeutic reboots of virtualization hosts may also be performed.
O4, Cloud, and Sync customers may experience temporary outages during these windows. Users can bookmark our 2024 Server Maintenance Schedule to keep track of upcoming server maintenance dates.

The O4 Dashboard has been removed from Legacy OASIS for non-O4 customers. To access the O4 Dashboard as an O4 customer, users must have the Hybrid (O4/Legacy) User Type assigned, and the Base URL must be entered in Global Settings. | |

The Order Monitor Tile tracks specific order issues and notifies inside staff when an issue has been identified.

The Quote Follow Up Tile provides a list of quotes to follow up on each week, creating a to-do list tailored to each user's needs.

O4 offers two-factor authentication (2FA) as an additional layer of security. Users can enable 2FA themselves, or an OASIS admin can enable it for a single user or all users.
Once enabled, users will be asked to provide a confirmation code each time they sign in. If a user remains signed in for more than 30 days, their access will expire, and the user will be signed out.

Our Manufacturer Statistics tool provides an overview of a manufacturer's hit rate for quotes and orders. Users can review the overall count and values of won, lost, and unknown transactions or narrow the results by product or vertical market. | |

The Order Transaction Report's Orders Written Off report style identifies orders that have been closed with a balance due. The report can be generated based on the order's release date or entry date, and orders can be filtered and grouped by various criteria to help you find exactly what you need! | |
Clipboard notes are an easy way to create and access frequently used notes to optimize your processes. Clipboard notes can be created for yourself or all users.
It's important to note that the Clipboard feature is location-specific, meaning Clipboard notes are only available for the field in which they are created to keep your notes organized. For example, a Clipboard note created for the Remarks field will not appear when using the Clipboard feature for the Notes column in the BOM.
