The start of the year began with the transition to a new ADP payroll platform.

We continue to work hard on collections and improving the accounts payable process.

The Cord Blood Department has successfully collected their first whole cord for a client!

This is a new project in addition to our normal cord blood collections. The team is very excited to make use of more than just the blood on these placentas!

The Boston Clinic collected and shipped their first clinical donation this month!

Also, we are in the planning phase for creating an Emergency & Disaster Plan for each Clinic. We are looking for Safety Leaders! Are you interested?

QA team is working on

a change in the Notification of Events process. The change

will convert the manual process to an electronic process through the automated module in ZenQMS.

This change will reduce the time needed to manage processes like Client Complaints, Deviations, and other events (temperature excursions, power failures etc.).
